Idiyappam
Ingredients
- Raidco Idiyappam / Pathiri Podi

Preparation
Boil 4 and a half cups of water with salt. Add this water three cups of Raidco Idiyappam/Pathiri Podi. Mix well and knead to make smooth dough. Lightly grease the idiyappam press and the idiappam plate with cooking oil to prevent sticking. Add 1 fist full of dough and close the idiyappam press. Squeeze the dough onto the idiappam plates in a circular motion. Steam it for 10-15 minutes.
Pathiri
Ingredients

Preparation
Boil one cup of water with half a teaspoon of coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Add one cup(200g) of Raidco Idiyappam/Pathiri. Stir continuously over low heat. Cover this and keep on a slow fire for 10 seconds. Switch off the stove. After cooling, knead the dough thoroughly. Roll the dough into small balls and press in pathiri press.
Appam
Ingredients

Preparation
Mix 4-5 tsp of Raidco Appam Podi with ¼ cup of water. Boil till it turns thick. Grind half a coconut, a pinch of cumin and 1-2 small onions. Add the pulp and the ground paste, 5-6 glasses of water and a pinch of yeast to half kg Raidco Appam Podi. Mix weel to make a smooth batter. Keep aside for 10-12 hours. Add required salt and make tasty appam.
Idli
Ingredients

Preparation
Add 1 ¼ of water and a tsp of curd to one cup of Idli podi. Add 1tbsp cooked riced(mashed) for best result. Mix well to make smooth , lump free batter. Keep aside for 10-12 hours. Add salt to taste and mix well. Pour the batter into idli maker and steam cook till done.
Mango Pickle
Ingredients

- Raw Mango

- Vinegar
- Mustard
- Ginger

Preparation
Add Raidco Pickle Powder and salt to chopped mango. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes. Heat oil, crackle mustard and sauté ingredients 6,7 and 8. Add the mango and mix well. Kill the fire and add vinegar to taste. The pickle can be used from the very next day. Pickles from salted tender mango, salted lemon, steamed gooseberry, rind of nutmeg, bitter gourd, garlic and carrot can be made in this manner
Palada Payasam

Preparation
Take 1ltr of milk in a pan and bring it to boil. Add 200g of Raidco Palada Payasam Mix into it and cook it for 15min(approx). Add 1tsp of ghee and stir continuously. Tasty Palada Payasam is ready.
Meat Masala
Ingredients

Preparation
Heat oil and add cumin seeds. When they splutter, add onion mixture and fry high heat till light brown. Add the tomatoes, and fry till fat separates. Add the Raidco Meat Masala, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and the red pepper and mix well. Keeping the heat high, add the meat pieces and turn around till they look a little opaque. Add 1/2 cup water, bring to a boil. Lower the heat and cook covered till meat is cooked through. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
Semiya Payasam

Preparation
Take 1ltr of milk in a pan and bring it to boil. Add 200g of Raidco Semiya Payasam Mix into it and cook it for 15min(approx). add 1tsp of ghee and stir continously. Tasty Semiya Paysam is ready.
Sambar
Ingredients

Preparation
Wash the toovar dal thoroughly and drain. Combine the washed dal and 2 cups of water in a pressure cooker and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid and keep it aside. Combine the drumsticks and bottle gourd with 1 cup of water in a deep non-stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes or till the vegetables are soft. Keep aside. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add the tomatoes, mix well and cook on
Rasam
Ingredients

Preparation
Crush garlic and chop tomatoes. Soak the tamarind and extract the pulp. Boil the dal with tomatoes till the lentils are mashed and set aside. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, leave until it crackles. Add the crushed garlic, curry leaves and the coriander leaves. Mix the dal and water to get the required rasam consistency. Mix in the tamarind pulp. Add Raidco Rasam Powder. Boil for 5 minutes on a low flame.
Chicken Curry

1. Heat oil in a pan, fry onions until golden brown 2. Add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and chopped tomato 3. Sauté until the tomatoes are mashed 4. Add chicken pieces, salt and enough water to cook until the chicken is done 5. Adjust salt. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
Puttu
Ingredients

Preparation
Wet Raido Puttu Podi with sufficient water and salt. Rest it for 5 minutes. Fill the puttu maker with a layer of grated coconut. Add the prepared flour. Add another layer of grated coconut. Close the lid. Steam it for 5-8 mins. Puttu is ready to serve.
