Mix 4-5 tsp of Raidco Appam Podi with ¼ cup of water. Boil till it turns thick. Grind half a coconut, a pinch of cumin and 1-2 small onions. Add the pulp and the ground paste, 5-6 glasses of water and a pinch of yeast to half kg Raidco Appam Podi. Mix weel to make a smooth batter. Keep aside for 10-12 hours. Add required salt and make tasty appam.
