Boil one cup of water with half a teaspoon of coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Add one cup(200g) of Raidco Idiyappam/Pathiri. Stir continuously over low heat. Cover this and keep on a slow fire for 10 seconds. Switch off the stove. After cooling, knead the dough thoroughly. Roll the dough into small balls and press in pathiri press.
