Pure ingredients are just the start to a great recipe, its never perfect until you stir in some love.
Add 1 ¼ of water and a tsp of curd to one cup of Idli podi. Add 1tbsp cooked riced(mashed) for best result. Mix well to make smooth , lump free batter. Keep aside for 10-12 hours. Add salt to taste and mix well. Pour the batter into idli maker and steam cook till done.
