Wet Raido Chemba Puttu Podi with sufficient water and salt. Rest it for 5 minutes. Fill the puttu maker with a layer of grated coconut. Add the prepared flour. Add another layer of grated coconut. Close the lid. Steam it for 5-8 mins. Chemba Puttu is ready to serve.
